We are Hope and Christine and as you probably can tell by the name of our business, we are Finnish by heritage. We are trying to live by the sisu motto. It is our passion to set goals and achieve them. Never give up! If you believe it, it will happen! Cryotherapy is a passion of ours because it helps people feel better and feeling good, sure feels good.

When we aren't doing cryo you can find us enjoying the wonderful outdoors and doing whatever we can to take in Duluth and its surrounding areas.
