What is cryotherapy

Cryotherapy with our targeted equipment causes thermal schock to the affected area due to its ability to spray Co2 at -78 degrees Celsius under 50 bar pressure, cooling the treatment area locally. The affected area will be exposed for 60-90 second blasts using a freeze-thaw technique. The treatments are powered by cryostimulation, a medical treatment used for immediate pain relief to help improve mobility and aid recovery by freezing within the temperature range of 5 to -4 degrees celsius. The treatment encourages the release of hormones including adrenaline and B endorphins which are powerful natural pain killers. Cryostimulation also reduces systemic inflammation and muscle tension. It stimulates immediate improvement in blood flow and lympatic drainage. Cryotherapy also kills fat cells by causing apoptosis. Once the process is complete the dead fat cells are disposed through your liver as waste.

That depends on what you are treating. For pain you will have immediate results. For fat loss and skin conditions most people will notice in a week to a few weeks.

The fat cells are removed permanetly. New fat cells can regenerate depending on your lifestyle choices but they won't come back because you stopped your sessions. Once they are gone, they are gone.
